On February 24, 2026, Ambassador Deng Li and his wife, Zhang Hua, visited the China Pavilion at the 62nd Paris International Agricultural Show. The Ambassador stated that agricultural cooperation between China and France has become increasingly close in recent years. He noted that the "From French Farms to Chinese Tables" initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping is being successfully implemented, bringing high-quality French agricultural products into thousands of Chinese households.

Professor Jean-Yves Moisseron, President of the International Academy of Food and Phytomedicine (IAFPH), presented Ambassador Deng Li with the book titled Médecines traditionnelles chinoise et musulmane : similitudes et correspondances.
