The exhibition area will systematically display more than 100 kinds of medicinal and edible homologous substances and their derivatives announced by the National Health Commission, including traditional tonic ingredients such as ginseng, astragalus, goji berry, and yam. The exhibited products cover multiple categories such as health foods, functional drinks, and medicated diet pre-cooked dishes, reflecting the Traditional Chinese Medicine health cultivation concept of "treating before illness" (Zhi Wei Bing). The application achievements of modern processing technologies in this field will become the focus of the display, such as breakthroughs in low-temperature extraction, molecular distillation, and other processes in terms of preserving active ingredients.

During the expo, multiple professional forums will be held, inviting Traditional Chinese Medicine experts to interpret the standard system of medicine and food homology and analyze industry policy trends. Representatives of production enterprises will share product R&D experience and discuss key points of quality control. Buyers can experience ready-to-eat medicated diet products on-site and understand the development trends of convenience and standardization.

This exhibition area provides a platform for the docking of industry, academia, and research, promoting the combination of traditional health cultivation wisdom and modern consumer demand. The audience can comprehensively understand the health value and application scenarios of medicinal and edible homologous products through methods such as physical displays and graphic explanations.
