1. Clinical and fundamental research on acupuncture for the prevention and treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.
2. Acupuncture systems engineering from an interdisciplinary perspective.
3. Construction of epistemology and methodology for multi-scale acupuncture research.

2. Publications & Works: Published over 120 academic papers in Chinese and English; First or corresponding author (including co-first) of 23 SCI papers, featured in top-tier journals such as JAMA Network Open and Brain Stimulation; Co-authored 5 academic monographs.
