Mohamed Tewfik Karim Lachgar, MD, is Head of the Department of Diabetology, Endocrinology and Nutrition at Simone Veil Hospital in Eaubonne and also leads the corresponding department at CASH de Nanterre. His clinical and academic work focuses on diabetes, endocrinology, nutrition, and allergic diseases. From 2011 to 2025, he served as President of the Medical Committee at Simone Veil Hospital. He has participated in numerous multicenter clinical studies in diabetes and diabetic foot care and has extensive experience in therapeutic patient education, chronic disease management, medical training, and hospital governance.
