1. Joined the External Department of CCTV in 1983; served as Head of the International Group in 1987, responsible for Around the World and Foreign Arts and Literature.
2. Founded Zheng Da Variety Show in 1990 and served as Chief Director, pioneering large-scale entertainment programs on Chinese television.
3. Participated in the creation of classic columns such as The Globe and the Vienna New Year's Concert.
4. Created the Chinese version of Intervilles (Intercity) in 1998; founded the international version of Intervilles in 2005, and led the Sino-French co-production of the special program Intervilles: Beijing-Paris, sparking "China fever" in France.
5. Responsible for Sydney Conjecture in 2000, creating a variety show format for the Olympics, and conducted "alternative reporting" on the Beijing Universiade and the Korea-Japan World Cup.
