Lydia Morlet-Haïdara is Professor of Private Law and Criminal Sciences at Université Paris Cité and Director of the Institut Droit et Santé (Inserm UMR S 1145). Her research focuses on health law, digital health, medical liability, and the legal and ethical challenges associated with artificial intelligence and health data. She leads research and educational initiatives in health and digital law and is actively involved in national and international academic collaborations addressing patient rights, healthcare regulation, and emerging health technologies.
