Ms. Isabelle Fournier is a distinguished cultural diplomacy expert widely respected in both French and Chinese civil society, a cross-border industry marketing strategist, and a pioneer in international language education for children. She currently serves as Founder and President of the FLAM Beijing Association (Français Langue Maternelle). As an international strategic leader with more than two decades of professional experience in China and a deep understanding of both Chinese and Western industrial ecosystems and cultural mindsets, she graduated from the world-renowned Sorbonne Paris IV with a bachelor’s degree in English, and later pursued advanced studies at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (INALCO), where she obtained a master’s degree in Chinese language and civilization.
Ms. Fournier previously served for many years in senior marketing and business development roles in the Project Department and Overseas Department of Sinotrans, one of China’s leading logistics enterprises. Drawing on her multidimensional cross-disciplinary background spanning Sinology, international logistics, and global brand marketing, as well as her sophisticated capacity for cross-cultural public diplomacy, she has long been committed to the global dissemination of French culture and the cross-border collaboration of high-level Chinese and French industries. Through her work, she has made pioneering contributions to building high-quality people-to-people bridges between the two countries and to promoting the integration of multilateral cultural and economic value chains.
